The selected Medical Officers will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 93,000, along with various benefits including OPD expenses, insurance coverage, and local conveyance charges. The engagement is initially for one year, extendable up to three years based on performance.

Qualifications Details for GAIL (India) Limited Recruitment 2024
MBBS degree recognized by Medical Council of India with one-year post internship experience in Surgery/General Medicine in a reputed/dedicated hospital/Nursing Home and Diploma in Industrial Health or Equivalent post Graduate certificate of training in Industrial Health recognised by the Central or State Government, or Having work experience for a period not less than three years in policy, execution and advice and safety & health of workers employed in mines, ports and docks, factories and buildings and other construction work.
Pay Scale for GAIL (India) Limited Recruitment 2024
- Consolidated Monthly remuneration of Rs. 93,000/- (Rupees Ninety Three Thousand Only) will be paid per month.
- Annual increment of Rs. 2800/- per month will be given on extension of period (if any) after completion of one year of engagement
- OPD expenses of Rs.1,000/- per month. This amount shall be paid on monthly basis along with consolidated remuneration
- Family floater insurance coverage of Rs.5 Lakhs for indoor treatment in respect of self, spouse and two immediate dependents i.e. children and/ or parents.
Selection Process for GAIL (India) Limited Recruitment 2024
- Contract tenure will commence from the date of joining. Selected candidates will have to sign a contract with GAIL for the above engagement.
- Selected candidate will not have any right whatsoever to claim for regular appointment in GAIL by virtue of working as a Medical Officer
- Candidate should ensure that they fulfill the initial eligibility criteria prescribed for the post for which they have applied. In case it is found at any stage of the selection process or even after engagement that the candidate has furnished false or incorrect information or suppressed any relevant information/material facts or does not fulfill the initial eligibility criteria, his/her candidature/agreement/services are liable for rejection/termination without notice
- The prescribed qualification/experience are the minimum and mere possessions of the same does not entitle a candidate for participation in the selection process. GAIL’s decision shall be final in this regard
- The selected candidates will be placed at GAIL (India) Limited, Petrochemical Complex, At-Usar, Post-Malyan, Tal.- Alibag, Distt.-Raigad, Maharashtra, Pin Code 402203.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview on a convenient date for further selection process
