FMGE Application Form 2024 (December Session) at nbe.edu.in

The National Board of Examinations (NBE) will soon open the application form window for the FMGE 2024 December session on its official website, nbe.edu.in. Along with the application form, the NBE will also release the information brochure. The FMGE 2024 application process for the December session involves five steps: registering for FMGE, receiving login credentials, completing the application form, paying the application fees, and printing the confirmation page.

Details/Documents Required for FMGE Application Form 2024

1. Active Mobile Number: For receiving registration details and updates.

2. Valid Email ID: For communication and receiving login credentials.

3. Nationality Details: Required for the application form.

4. Photo ID Proof: One of the following:

   • Aadhaar Card

   • Driving License

   • PAN Card

   • Passport

   • Voter ID

5. Class 12 Mark Sheet: To provide details about educational qualifications.

6. MBBS Qualification Details: Including degree information and relevant academic details.

7. Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking Details: For payment of the application fee.

8. Scanned Images:

   • Passport-size Photograph: As per NBE specifications.

   • Signature: As per NBE specifications.

How to Fill Out the FMGE Application Form 2024:

Step 1: FMGE Registration 2024

1. Visit nbe.edu.in.

2. Enter personal details such as name, nationality, date of birth (DOB), gender, and other requested information.

3. Provide contact details, including a valid email address and mobile number, as communications will be sent to these contact points.

Step 2: FMGE Application Login Credentials

1. After registration, you will receive a unique login ID and password via your registered email and mobile number.

2. Go to the login page and enter your FMGE user ID, password, and captcha code to access the application form.

Step 3: Filling Out the FMGE Application Form 2024

1. Log in using your credentials and captcha code.

2. Click on the 'Fill the Application Form' tab.

3. Review the instructions on the displayed page before proceeding.

4. Enter personal details, including parents’ information, email ID, and address.

5. Provide academic details such as MBBS degree information, class 12 details, college/school names, year of passing, etc.

6. Choose your preferred FMGE exam center from the available cities.

Step 4: Uploading Documents

1. Upload a passport-size photograph and signature as per the specifications below:

   • Passport-size Photograph: Less than 80 KB, .JPG/.JPEG format, 35 mm x 45 mm, 200 dpi.

   • Signature: 20-100 KB, .JPG/.JPEG format, 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm, 200 dpi.

   • Left-hand Thumb Impression: Less than 80 KB, .JPG/.JPEG format, 1.5 cm x 3.5 cm, 200 dpi.

Step 5: Payment of FMGE Application Fee

1. Pay the application fee of Rs. 6,195 (Rs. 5,250 for the exam and Rs. 945 GST).

2. Payment can be made online via credit/debit cards or net banking.

Step 6: Printout of FMGE Application Form 2024

1. After completing the payment, print the filled FMGE 2024 application form.

2. Verify all details before downloading.

3. Take at least two to three printouts for future reference.
