What are the tie-breaking rules followed in ESIC Result 2024?
If two or more candidates secure the same score in the ESIC Result 2024 (in both Prelims and Mains Exam), tie cases will be resolved by applying the following criteria in order until the tie is resolved:
Among candidates with equal total marks (Main examination + interview), the candidate with higher marks in the Main Examination will be ranked higher.
If the marks in the Main Examination are equal, the candidate with a higher qualification will be ranked higher.
If qualifications are similar, the candidate with higher graduation scores will be ranked higher. If a tie still persists, the candidate who is senior in age will be ranked higher.
