CLAT 2025 Exam Date at consortiumofnlus.ac.in
The CLAT 2025, conducted by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs), is scheduled for December 1, 2024, from 2 pm to 4 pm. This pen-and-paper-based exam will take place in over 130 centers nationwide. Registration for CLAT 2025 is expected to commence tentatively in the first week of January. Interested candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can submit their CLAT 2025 application forms online through the official website, consortiumofnlus.ac.in. The application fee for CLAT 2025 is Rs. 4,000 for general category candidates and Rs. 3,500 for SC, ST, and BPL category candidates. The exam will consist of 120 objective-type questions covering legal aptitude, current affairs, general knowledge, English, math, and logical reasoning.

UG Eligibility
- There is be no upper age limit for candidates appearing for UG Programme through the CLAT 2024.
- Candidates must secure the following minimum percentage of marks in their qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2 or an equivalent examination):
- Forty five percent (45%) marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to General / OBC / PWD / NRI / PIO / OCI categories
- Forty Percent (40%) marks or equivalent in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
- Candidates who may be appearing for their qualifying examination in March/ April, 2024 are also eligible to appear for the CLAT 2024 examination. However, they shall be required to produce an evidence of their passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission, failing which they shall lose their right to be considered for admission.
- The result of the qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2) shall be submitted by the candidate at the time of admission, failing which the candidate shall be ineligible for admission to the course they may have applied for.
- If more than one candidate secures an equal number of marks in the CLAT 2024, the break of tie shall be by the following procedure and order as under:
- Higher marks in the component/section on Legal Aptitude in the CLAT 2024 exam;
- Higher age;
- Computerised draw of lots.
CLAT 2025 Result Date
The CLAT results for 2025 are expected to be announced shortly after the final answer key is published. The consortium of NLUs tentatively plans to release the CLAT result for 2025 in the second week of December 2024. Candidates can anticipate receiving their CLAT 2025 results in the form of scorecards. These scorecards will display the marks obtained by candidates in the entrance exam, along with their All India Rank (AIR) and category rank.

Candidates can take CLAT exam as many times as they want. There are no restrictions on the number of attempts in CLAT.
