Central Bank of India is inviting applications for the position of Faculty at its RSETI SAGAR center on a contract basis for the year 2023. Candidates must be between 18 to 35 years old as of June 30, 2023, with good health and residency in the same state, preferably the same or nearby district, or residing at the headquarters of the RSETI center.
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 20,000/-. Responsibilities include assisting the Director in training and awareness programs, candidate selection, logistical arrangements for training, conducting sessions, and other related activities. The selection process involves a written test and a personal interview.

Qualifications Details for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024
- Shall be a Graduate/Bsc (Agri/Veterinary/Horticulture/Agri Marketing) BA with B.Ed./ Post- graduate viz. MSW/ MA in Rural
- Development/MA in Sociology/Psychology etc.
- Should be well conversant with local language.
- Should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI center.
- Shall have a flair for teaching with Computer knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in the local language is essential, fluency in English & Hindi with typing will be an added advantage.
- Bank Official with working experience as officer and candidate having experience of working as Faculty, Rural Development with qualification stated above, will get preference.
Age Limit for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024
As of June 30, 2023, individuals between the ages of 18 to 35, possessing good health, are eligible for the position of Faculty at the Central Bank of India. The selected candidates will receive a salary of Rs. 20,000/- per month.
Pay Scale for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024
The contract amount shall be fixed at Rs.20000/- per month. No other allowance/benefit/payment/facility will be admissible. The functioning of the Faculty shall be broadly to assist the Director in conducting Training and
Awareness Programmes, Generation of Application & Selection of Candidate, Preparation of Annual Action Plan, Logistics for Training Programme, Handling Sessions, Preparation of Notes and similar other activities of the centre.
