Anna University has commenced the process of accepting choices for the Common Engineering Entrance Test and Admission (CEETA PG) 2024 counselling. Candidates who have qualified the exam can register for CEETA PG Choice Filling 2024 through the official portal at cfa.annauniv.edu. To secure admission to courses offered by the university, candidates must complete their CEETA PG 2024 choice-filling by June 30. During registration for the counselling session, candidates will be required to provide their login details, including their date of birth and registration number.

CEETA PG 2024: Steps for Counselling Process

• Visit the Official Website: Navigate to cfa.annauniv.edu, the official website of Anna University.

• Access Online Counselling: Click on the 'Online Counselling' link available on the homepage.

• Log In: Enter your date of birth and user ID to log into the counselling portal.

• Registration: Fill in all required details accurately during the registration process.

• Payment: Choose an online payment method to pay the counselling fee.

• Select Seat Choices: After successful payment, proceed to choose your preferred seat choices.

• Add Choices: Click on 'Add' after selecting each seat choice.

• Save Selections: Once all choices are added, select 'Save and Continue' to proceed.

• Save or Print: Save the completed form or print it for future reference.

CEETA PG 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The CEETA PG 2024 eligibility criteria have been published by Anna University on the official website tancet.annauniv.edu. The eligibility requirements listed below must be met by candidates to be eligible to take the CEEA PG 2024 exam. The CEETA PG eligibility for ME/MTech/MPlan/MArch admissions is given below.

(i) Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum score of 50% (General category) or 45% (reserved categories)

(1) BE/BTech/BArch degree

(2) Master’s Degree in the relevant branch of Science / Arts

(3) BPharm

(4) 10 + 2 + AMIE (with 2 years experience)

(5) 10 + 3-year diploma (awarded by the State Board of Technical Education) + AMIE (with 2 years experience)

(ii) Candidates in their final year/semester of the degree courses during the 2023-2024 academic year, except for courses offered by a Professional Institution like AMIE, can apply for CEETA PG 2024.

(iii) GATE candidates who want admission under CEET PG must appear for CEETA PG 2024 to be considered for admission.

(iv) Candidates with a valid GATE score in 2022, 2023, or 2024 with qualifying marks for assistantship in XE (Engineering Science) or XL (Life Science) papers are eligible to appear for CEETA PG 2024.

(v) Candidates from other states may also be eligible to appear for the entrance test, subject to the conditions set by the admitting authority/university.
