Qualifications Details for CBI Recruitment 2024
The following points may be kept in view, while submitting the request for the appointment/engagement of CBI Special Public Prosecutor (Subordinate Court) to conduct CBI cases in the Trial Court, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: -
Educational Qualification: LLB
Enrolment Certificate as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
Experience at BAR of handling criminal matters in Sessions Courts.
Unconditional willingness/consent to work on the general terms & conditions approved by Government of India from time to time.
Details of important cases handled by the applicant advocate.
A minimum standing of 10 years as an Advocate is required for considering an Advocate for CBI Special Public Prosecutor (Subordinate Court), who have experience in handling criminal matters.
Professional Fee for CBI Recruitment 2024
The professional fee of the Advocates will be governed by the terms & conditions contained in DoPT F. No. 225/19/2023-AVD-II dated 8th April, 2024 (copy attached).

- The complete application in prescribed format along with the requisite documents shall be submitted through online link. Incomplete applications and applications submitted offline shall not be considered. Further, no application shall be entertained by CBI, which is submitted after last date of submission of application.
