The Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta) will close the Common Admission Test 2024 (CAT 2024) registration window today, September 13.

Eligible and interested candidates can complete the CAT 2024 registration by visiting the official website, iimcat.ac.in. According to the latest update, the CAT 2024 registration deadline has not been extended.

CAT 2024 registration fee

CAT 2024 Registration Fee: To complete the registration process for CAT 2024, candidates must pay an application fee. The fee is Rs 2,500 for General and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates, and Rs 1,250 for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) applicants. Payment can be made online via credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking.

CAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria

• Qualifying Exam: A bachelor's degree with a minimum CGPA of 50% (45% for SC, ST, PwD, and DA categories) from a recognized university is required to appear in CAT 2024.
• Degree Duration and Mode: The degree must be a 3-year program and can be completed through regular, distance, or online modes.
• Final Year Students: Candidates in their final year or those awaiting degree results are eligible to apply for CAT 2024.
• Professional Degrees: Applicants with professional qualifications like CA, CS, ICWA, or FCAI are also eligible.
• Work Experience: While not mandatory, work experience is advantageous during the admission process after the exam, though fresh graduates can also apply.
