The Bombay High Court has announced a vacancy for the position of Registrar at the National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench in New Delhi. Qualifications Details for Bombay High Court Recruitment 2024
Officers possessing a Bachelors degree in law from a recognised university and holding:
- Analogous post on regular basis in Central Government or State Government or courts or tribunals;
- Post in Central Government or State Government or courts or tribunals with five years regular service in pre revised pay band -3, Rs. 15600-39100/- with grade pay of Rs. 7600/- i.e. Level 12 in the Pay Matrix; OR
- Post in Central Government or State Government or courts or tribunals, with ten years regular service in pre revised pay band -3, Rs.15600-39100/- with grade pay of Rs.6600/- i.e. Level 1 lin the Pay Matrix.
- The departmental Officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion.
- Period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily be three years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding fifty-six years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
