The role entails understanding business needs, ensuring timely delivery of data and reports, translating business requirements into technical specifications, managing end-to-end projects, collaborating with business unit heads, and designing comprehensive reports and scorecards.
Candidates should possess strong MS-Excel skills, data analysis capabilities, proficiency in MS-PowerPoint, experience in MIS reporting and business intelligence projects, and a good understanding of Corporate Card Products. A graduate/postgraduate/MBA degree is desired with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Role and Responsibilities for BOB Financial Solutions Recruitment 2024
- Ability to understand the business and corresponding MIS / BI requirements of the business stakeholders. Strong understanding of Corporate credit card sales, Products, operations as well as risk processes and policies.
- Ensure the business SLA’s related to delivery of data / reports are done on time.
- Should be able to clearly translate business requirements into technical and analytical requirements.
- Ability to handle projects end-to-end and should be responsible for the full lifecycle management of the delivery of BI / MIS reports to the end users and also manage changes associated with it.
- Work collaboratively with business unit heads to deliver MIS as per requirement.
- Develop and design detailed as well as easy-to-read reports, KPIs and scorecards based on the requirements of the business.
