Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has announced recruitment for 69 positions of Station Controllers or Train Operators in Bengaluru. Candidates, aged up to 45 years as per the notification date, are eligible to apply. The salary ranges from Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 82,660 per month, with annual increments under the IDA pay scale and additional allowances as per BMRCL O&M Wing rules.

Qualifications Details for BMRCL Recruitment 2024
Matriculation and Three Years Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Telecommunications/Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Electrical Power Systems /Industrial Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification as certified by the defence services/ unit.
Age Limit for BMRCL Recruitment 2024
Age as on the date of notification should not be more than 45 years. Candidates should note that the Date of Birth as recorded in the Matriculation/High School Examination Certificate or equivalent Certificate as on the date of submission of applications or Date of Birth ascertified by Armed Forces will only be accepted.
Pay Scale for BMRCL Recruitment 2024
Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) is seeking candidates for the roles of Station Controller or Train Operator, with a total of 69 positions available. The salary for these positions ranges from Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 82,660 per month, with an annual increment of 3% in the IDA pay scale. Additionally, candidates will receive allowances as per the rules of the BMRCL O&M Wing.
Selection Process for BMRCL Recruitment 2024
- The selection will be made strictly on merit, on the basis of written examination and other selection process. Candidates are also required to pass Psychometric test as indicated. BMRCL will call those eligible candidates who are shortlisted based on written examination and psychometric test for medical examination and verification of the original documents.
- The question paper will be in English and the duration of the examination will be about 120 minutes with approximately 100 questions.
- There is negative marking of ¼ marks for each wrong answer in the written examination

- Applications are available on BMRCL website: www.bmrc.co.in. Candidates are required to visit BMRCL website and fill up the application online. Printout of the application form has to be signed by the applicant and submitted to BMRCL
- Fill the online application, take print out of the application, paste thelatest passport size photo, sign it and send the hard copy to BMRCL as the address mentioned at sl. no. XIV below. If we do not receive signed hard copy within the date prescribed, your candidature will not be consideredfor written test.
- Last date for receipt of on-line applications is 10/07/2024
- Filled Application along with supporting documents should be sent through Speed Post/ courier to below address and should reach BMRCL by 4.00 PM of 15/07/2024.
