- Engineering Assistant Trainee: 3 Years Diploma in Engineering from a Recognized Institution

Age Limit for BEL Recruitment 2024
Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is inviting applications for 32 positions, including Engineering Assistant Trainee, Technician 'C', and Junior Assistant. The maximum age limit for applicants is 28 years. Candidates seeking age relaxation must present their original and photocopied Caste Certificates during document verification or at any subsequent stage of the process.
Pay Scale for BEL Recruitment 2024
- Grade: WG-VII / CP-VI Pay Scale: Rs.24,500-3%- Rs.90,000/-+ admissible allowances.
- Grade: WG-IV / CP-V Pay Scale: Rs.21,500/-3%- Rs.82,000/-+ admissible allowances.
- Selected candidates will be inducted in the pay scales as mentioned. Engineering Assistant Trainees (EAT) will undergo training for an initial period of SIX months at Bangalore during which they will be paid stipend of Rs.24,000/-pm. On successful completion of the training and on passing the gradation test they will be placed on the regular pay scales.
- In addition to Basic Pay, other allowance like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Perquisites at the rate of 30% on annual basic pay, reimbursement of Medical Expenses, Group Insurance, PF, Pension, Gratuity etc. as per Company rules will be a part of remuneration package.
Application Fee for BEL Recruitment 2024
- Candidates belonging to GEN/OBC/EWS category are required to pay an application fee of Rs.250/-+ 18% GST.
- SC/ST/PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from paying application fee.

Selection Process for BEL Recruitment 2024

- The examination is divided into two parts. Part I, worth 50 marks, assesses general awareness, including general mental ability, logical reasoning, analytical skills, comprehension ability, basic numeracy, data interpretation skills, and general knowledge.
- Part II, worth 100 marks, tests technical or trade aptitude with 100 questions specific to the respective discipline. The minimum qualifying marks for each part are 35% for General, OBC, and EWS candidates, and 30% for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates, with these percentages required separately for both Part I and Part II.
