Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a prestigious Indian public limited company specializing in professional electronics, seeks an Advisor in the Civil Aviation domain for its CRL-Ghaziabad Unit. The position requires a candidate with a Master's degree in Science or MTech, preferably a retired officer of the rank of General Manager or Executive Director from a Public Sector entity with extensive experience in Civil Aviation.
The Advisor will offer technical guidance, testing, commissioning, and validation support, maintaining close liaison with the Airports Authority of India (AAI). Responsibilities include mentoring internal teams, conceptualizing system requirements, advising on advanced features for metro airports, and finalizing user documents and test cases.
The engagement will be under the Research & Development category, reporting to the Director of R&D, initially for one year, extendable up to a maximum of eight years or until the age of 68. The Advisor will work from the unit for a minimum of five days a week and will receive remuneration based on their grade at retirement, with a 5% increase upon extension.

Qualifications Details for BEL Recruitment 2024
Master’s Degree in Science/ MTech
Advisor shall be a senior retired officer in the grade of General Manager / Executive Director or equivalent from a Public Sector in Civil Aviation Domain having relevant experience in following areas:
- Air Traffic Controller in all Procedural and Surveillance ATC units
- ATM Automation
- Integrated ATM Planning
- Central Air Traffic Flow Management (C-ATFM)

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is currently seeking to fill the position of Advisor, with one vacancy available. Pay Scale for BEL Recruitment 2024
- The remuneration payable to Advisors shall be as follows depending upon the grade of Superannuation. In the event of extension, the remuneration for the extended period (i.e. one year) shall be increased by 5% on the last drawn remuneration.
- Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is offering a position for Advisor, with one vacancy available. The salary for this role ranges from Rs. 1,20,000 to Rs. 1,50,000 per month, depending on the grade at the time of retirement. Retired officers at the Executive Director (ED) or equivalent level will receive a remuneration of Rs. 1,50,000 per month, while those at the General Manager (GM) or equivalent level will receive Rs. 1,20,000 per month.
