What are the tie-breaking rules followed in AIIMS Patna Result 2024?

All India Institute of Medical Sciences Patna (AIIMS Patna), previously known as Jaya Prakash Narayan All India Institute of Medical Sciences (JPNAIIMS), is a public medical college and research institute located in Phulwari Sharif, Patna, Bihar, India.
Recognized as one of the Institutes of National Importance in India, AIIMS Patna commenced operations on September 25, 2014, after several observations by the Patna High Court. The institute operates autonomously under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. The foundation stone was laid by Bhairon Singh Shekhawat, then Vice President, on January 3, 2004. It became fully functional by 2018.
In 2004, the central government decided to establish new AIIMS institutes in Rishikesh, Bhopal, Patna, Jodhpur, Bhubaneswar, and Raipur. Although the foundation stone for the ₹350-crore project (as estimated in 2004) was laid during Atal Bihari Vajpayee's tenure as Prime Minister, the project experienced delays due to a change in government, causing the cost to escalate from ₹3.35 billion (US$40 million) to ₹8.5 billion (US$100 million). By 2015, AIIMS Patna had been under construction for over eight years.
