1. Decision on the Allotted Seat:

   • Accept the Seat: If satisfied with the allotted seat, candidates should download the allotment letter and proceed to report to the allotted institute.
   • Opt for Upgradation: If a candidate prefers to explore better options in subsequent rounds but wishes to retain the current allotment, they can choose the upgradation option while accepting the seat.

2. Reporting to the Allotted Institute (September 20-25, 2024):

   • Candidates must report to the allotted institute within these dates, bringing all required documents for verification during the admission process.

3. Document Verification:

   • The institute will verify the candidate’s documents and confirm their admission.

4. Data Verification by Authorities (September 26-27, 2024):

   • AACCC, NCISM, or NCH will verify the data of candidates who have reported and joined their allotted institute.

5. Participation in Further Rounds (if desired):

   • If candidates are not satisfied with their allotted seat, they may participate in subsequent rounds for upgradation while retaining their current seat.
